How easy is it to set up the integration? If we need help do we call Volusion or Stone Edge?

Hello Patti,
Setting up the integration is fairly easy.
1. Go into the backend of your site,
2. Click Inventory -> Import/Export -> Volusion EDI, 3. Under Stone Edge, you would then click the Enable button.
For integration help:
1. Go into the backend of your site,
2. Click Inventory -> Import/Export -> Volusion EDI,
3. Then Select Instant Help, and then Integration Help (a link at the bottom of the Instant Help info).

Patty,
Can you share your SEOM experience when you get the EDI up and running, please? I am thinking of taking the plunge and am not quite sold on the benefits of SEOM over the internal Volusion Administration. Thanks!

We already use StoneEdge. Currently we have a third-party integration, and I'd just like to know how much easier it will be with V5. We haven't yet switched to V5, so I was just curious as to how much easier it will be with the new integration.
StoneEdge is good for us because we also have a bricks and mortar store. There's no way we could process in-store orders in Volusion.
