Default Need some help

I've lost a couple of orders this week because of check out problems. Could a few of you try a "dummy" order and go through the check out process and see if you get any error messages. The problem is on the www.itsurhomenow.com site. Wondering if the change in the template last week messed something up.

I get a credit card error because I am using a dummy card number. but seems to work other wise. one comment, in the check out process, it gives an SSL error, something on the page is not in the SSL area.

Default Non-Secure Issues

I see three things causing the non-secure message.

1. You are using the non secure code for statcounter. To get the https compatible code you have to upgrade from the free version. If you are paying then you just need to change your code the the https compatible.

2. The addthis.com script is also not https compatible. When I chose the option to not display the non secure items the image goes away.

3. The shopmania.com script is also not https compatible. It also goes away when chosing to not view the non-secure items.

I would believe that addthis.com and shopmania.com would have https compatible scripts for you to use.

If someone choses to view the items when going to one-page checkout they do not get the https version of the page and the padlock does not appear.

Some customers may choose to abandon their cart when getting this message thinking their credit card info is not being safeguarded.

Took off the addthis code and hid Shopmania until they can give me a compatible code. I'm not sure what you are talking about "upgrading from the free version" - is it the Live Chat?

Statcounter is a web stats package found at www.statcounter.com. There is a free version that tracks the last 500 pageviews and you can pay to upgrade to track a larger number and get https compatible code.

Although even though it appears to still be the same code I no longer get the non-secure message and the padlock appears. I do know the non-secure code caused the non-secure pop up window to appear on my site when I first used statcounter. This was prior to switching to Volusion on Jan 1, and I use an upgraded versions since I get way more than 500 page views a day and it would be pretty worthless unless you were constatnly monitoring it. This may not be an issue with Volusion sites.

This is confusing - I wish to receive occassional newsletter emails from Volusion, Inc.. (you are not volusion...).
