Need Help With Abandoned Cart
My web site defendmax.com is receiving 1400 visitors a month, mainly thru search engines. My abandoned shopping cart rate is 97%, clearly something is wrong. If you haven't disallowed the robots access to your shopping cart in your Robots text file, I would suggest you do so and then check your numbers after that has been in place a while.
Generally this type of cart abandonment is from the Robot spiders from the search engines. Good luck!
