I'm curious, you do not have any personal information or list a website on your profile. So how are this person (or people0 finding you?

Perhaps the name of your site draws Cosa Nostra types???
That ip is Florida. How did they attempt to fraud you? You say a fraud PayPal transaction? Did they just not complete their payment? What makes you say it's fraud?

After further review, we were lacking a necessary verification in our Pay Pal process and it is now corrected on my end. |

We found that is is not fraud, but rather a nuisance for my accounting team and I. We are new at e commerce, so this issue might not have been a big deal for an experienced team, but it was taken more seriously by us due to our lack of experience.
About 5 minutes ago, We simply chose to stop receiving Pay Pal payments, as a review of our orders show none of my customer base uses Pay Pal. Now, if they want to play games, they can go somewhere else. |
