Hello there.

Our company has a warehouse in Canada for our Canadian customers and a warehouse in Washington state for our US customers. We also have a supplier in Montana that drop ships for us.

I am trying to set up live shipping with only Fedex. After reading the Volusion manual on shipping and warehouses I set up a warehouse on my admin page for the Canadian warehouse and a seperate one for my Washington warehouse as well as the suppliers warehouse in Montana. I applied the appropriate warehouse ID number to the products at those warehouses. Some products are in more then one warehouse (ex: Product x is in the US and Canadian warehouse) to eliminate cross boarder shipping.

Here is the problem. Live rates are only working for the USA and not Canada. Volusion tells me that it appears as though shipping to Canada is being calculated as an international shipment from the US warehouses. Live rates are quoting as much as 5 times the actual shipping costs.

Does anyone have experience with the warehouse features that can help me?
