USPS Label Problem
Is anyone else having this problem? I sent a ticket to support 2 days ago and haven't heard anything from volusion.
When creating a USPS label I get the rate, but when I click view/print, the label doesn't display any postage. It does display the delivery confirmation number. This began occurring 4 days ago.

Are you using Endicia? They are a 3rd party vendor that provides USPS functionality for Volusion users.

No, I've always created USPS labels through Volusion. I just got an email from support saying Volusion doesn't print postage for USPS. WHAT? I've been printing postage for USPS through Volusion for months. (Or I've been sending packages without postage and haven't heard anything from customers, or had any packages returned to me).

Volusion is not integrated for payment of USPS labels
Hi,
I just had the same issue, found out through support that the integration with USPS is to just print the address labels, you cannot pay for and print postage on the labels. They recommended using third party software to print postage. It would be nice if both this and UPS were fully integrated for label printing, as we use both of these in addition to Fedex for shipments.
