Default PO Boxes

Is there anyway to set my site up to not accept PO Boxes? I have it posted on my shopping cart page that UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, yet, several times a week, I get people with PO Boxes selecting UPS shipping (most likely because it is cheaper).

This causes a delay in shipping since I have to contact the customer to get a street address.

I would like to set my cart page up to not accept PO boxes. Any way to do this?

Default PO BOX Shipping

It might be a good idea to remove the USPS Logo if you do not offer Priority Mail. I am confident this would limit the number of PO Box ship To addresses.

You may want to add in Bold Red over or under the shipping address form that you do not ship to PO Boxes.
